Experience
I went to Connecticut College to earn my undergraduate degree in international relations. I'm currently attending graduate school to earn a masters degree in teaching, and I want to become a social studies teacher at the high school level. I love education, and I've been tutoring for a while now. My tutoring experience includes helping college students with political science, US history, and other topics. I've also worked with school students on math and reading skills. As an undergraduate, I also had the opportunity to study abroad in Cuba, where I tutored adults and elementary students in English. It's very rewarding to help others learn new things, and I'm determined to help my students find success. In addition to the subjects I teach, I can also help students prepare for standardized exams like the ACT, SAT, SSAT, and others. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, gardening, riding my bike, and reading.
