Experience
After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Mathematics in May 2014, I entered my final year at the university as a graduate student finishing up my Master of Arts in Teaching as well as my education credentials. I student taught in New Jersey through December of 2014, where I received my first teaching job from December through June 2015. Now, I am living in Baltimore, and teaching in Harford County Public Schools. Teaching is my passion and I love being able to make math a little bit more tolerable for those who cannot stand it. Throughout my undergraduate years, I worked for Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center where I tutored students from grades 2 - 12 in a wide variety of subjects and abilities. I would love to be able to help out children in need. The best feeling ever is having a breakthrough and seeing that "lightbulb moment" light up on a child's face when it all starts to make sense!
