Hobbies

I have been tutoring on and off since I was in high school. After school, I would go to my elementary school and help the students in the after school program with their homework. I also was involved in a big sib-little sib program that introduced me to incoming students and allowed me to assist them with their academics as well as getting acclimated to the school. During my time in college, I spent my evenings and summers tutoring students in math, preparing them for a calculus placement exam. I am a very patient and compassionate person. I love children and helping others. I make a good tutor because I am very flexible and try my best to tailor my approach based on the learning needs of the student. I like to use props and models tomato lessons fun.
