I received a bachelor of science degree from Towson University in Electronic Media and Film. I also took graduate level education courses at Notre Dame of Maryland to earn my education certification. I am currently working on completing my Masters in Leadership in Teaching at Notre Dame.
Experience
I am a current first grade teacher in Anne Arundel County. I am starting my fourth year teaching. Before teaching I was a teaching assistant for four years. Working in the classroom really helps to build a successful tutor program because I know what is being taught in the classroom and I am always up to date on the most recent teaching strategies.
