I'm currently attending the University of Pennsylvania, where I have a perfect GPA. I'm majoring in health and societies, and my minor is legal studies. I'm looking forward to a career in corporate law, and I plan to attain a juris doctor and MBA in a cross disciplinary program as a graduate student. I'm thinking about taking some time between college and law school to perform research or work for a law firm. As a middle school student, I had a difficult time with English and math, but I was lucky enough to get tutoring to help me. I did eventually develop the learning skills I needed to perform well in math and English, but my tutors did not teach to my learning style, so the road was arduous for me. When I tutor students, I will adapt my approach based on the student's learning style, and I will also identify their strengths so I can build on those to help them fill the gaps in their learning. I believe this is the best way to make a student successful learner. When I have free time, I enjoy rugby, playing the violin, and participating in student government.
