Experience
I have been teaching second grade for four years. I will be teaching fourth grade this upcoming fall. Through my teaching experiences, I have worked with groups of 20+ students. I have also worked with small groups of 5 or 6 students and one-on-one with students. Through my masters program at Towson, I have tutored a third grade student for an hour each week. I would like to be a tutor to help other students in my area. I believe the one-on-one or small group settings are most beneficial and help to meet the needs of each student better. Since I am a full time teacher, I am interested in evening or weekend tutoring availability. In the summer, I am available at all times.

Weekends at any time, Monday after 5PM, Wednesday after 5PM, Thursday after 5PM

Hobbies
My favorite hobby is reading. I read a variety of books and participate in a book club with friends to discuss books we have read and find new books. I enjoy hiking and spending time outside when the weather is nice. I have also held tutoring sessions outside in the past. I also enjoy puzzles, strategy games, painting and pastels, and writing.
