I am studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Applied Math and Statistics at Johns Hopkins University on the track towards going to med school and becoming a physician.

Experience

I tutored at KUMON Learning Center teaching Math and English. I tutor at the Male Juvenile section of the Baltimore City Prison every friday. I am also a Teaching Assistant for a core biomedical engineering class at Johns Hopkins (BME Modeling and Design). I want to be a tutor because I love seeing the moment where things "click" in someone's head. I have loved teaching my younger sister ever since I was in middle school and I still do my best today. I want to help people become confident in their abilities to understand complex subjects.
