Sophomore Latin and Philosophy major at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County
Experience
I studied four years of Latin in high school. In my senior year I began to help with a class of first year students. While in high school I took three Nation Latin Exams qualifying for a gold medal in each: Level 2, Level 3 Prose, and Level 4 Poetry. I participated twice in the Maryland Junior Classics League's certamen. Currently I am a student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, seeking two degrees, one in Ancient Studies and one in Philosophy. I have taken advanced Latin courses in Plautus and Terrence, Cicero, and the history of Latin literature before the time of Augustus.
