Experience
I'm a student at University of Maryland - Baltimore County who is pursuing a bioinformatics and competition biology degree. I'm also seeking a computer science minor. I want to earn a doctorate in computational genetics and research the genetics of disease. I currently work on campus in a research lab studying cancer, and I've researched the genetic roots of migraine headaches as well. I love science, and I keep up with advances in the field everyday. As a tutor, I'm excited to help students improve their understanding of subjects such as biology, calculus, algebra, Python, genetics, cell biology, computer science, C++, middle school math, discrete math, pre-algebra, ACT prep, and more. In my free time, I enjoy doing CrossFit, playing on the soccer club, and playing video games.
