I enjoy helping others gain an appreciation for mathematics. I am passionate about math, so much so that I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. I have fun helping others with the complex mathematical concepts that they think are impossible. For the majority of my senior high and college career, I tutored my peers in all levels of calculus, geometry, and algebra. At the young age of twenty-one, I became a high school math teacher. Through this, I have developed a lot of patience when it comes to helping those who have a passion for learning. After teaching for those four years in Jamaica, I came to Baltimore, where I continued to do the work I began in Jamaica. I tutored students who were behind by multiple grade levels and saw them move their abilities up within days. I love all areas of mathematics because I believe it helps people build upon themselves. Without a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, it is impossible to move forward. I am looking forward to helping students build upon their academic skills and reach their goals. When I am not tutoring, you can find me catching a movie, playing cricket or soccer and traveling the globe.
