I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to also mentor. I found the classes I did the best in (and learned the most from) were those where the professor was like a mentor to me and encouraged me to go the extra mile in my studies/writing. Private and group tutoring with Johns Hopkins for 1 year. Tutored in chemistry and calculus. Tutored fellow students in introductory level classes. I have Aced Organic Chemistry and conducted organic chemistry research for 2 years in high school. Private tutoring in Chemistry during high school. 1 year.
