Johns Hopkins University, Master of Science in Engineering (MSE), Electrical & Computer Engineering
Experience
I have earned both my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Throughout my time here I was a teaching assistant (TA) for over 3 years, working directly with students and leading recitation sections each week in courses such as Calculus 1, Differential Equations, Physics 1, and Physics 2. While in high school, I tutored students in Algebra 1, Geometry, and AP Calculus AB. I have extensive tutoring experience and teach a very methodical approach to solving problems. I believe a step-by-step procedure is the key to solving a math problem, as I clearly outline the process as well as simply explain the theory so students feel confident that they can tackle any homework and test problem. I will write up review sheets and worksheets as needed to really reinforce the material for students. I tutor all high school math subjects as well as university-level Calculus 1, Calculus 2, and Differential Equations. I am open to tutoring other courses upon request. I have a passion for teaching, and I hope to have the opportunity to guide you to reaching your math goals!
